That's right, our Direct Clients get first opportunity at the best new listings as soon as they are listed for sale. Here's how you can become one of our Direct Clients:
1. Make an appointment to meet with one of our agents at our office (or by phone or e-mail). Our agents will explain your representation options, including "Buyer Agency" = Buyer Representation for you.
2. Sign a "Buyer's Agency Agreement" that makes you a Direct Client.
3. Get a "Pre-approval" letter from a local lender. See our checklist for items needed for your lender.
4. Give the agent the features and price range of the type of home that you would like.
5. Our agent will then load your information into our computers and regularly compare your profile to our new and upcoming listings (and other other listings via the MLS).
5. You will then be among the first to be notified of the best new listings!
6. Our agent will, at your convenience, personally give you tours of the properties that specifically match your requested features. No need to waste time searching on your own or going to open houses. This will help you prevent losing out on the best properties and help you find one of the best properties as soon as possible.
