We offer a 3.5% co-op commission to the real estate agency/broker of a licensed Kansas Realtor for their buyers who buy a lot, existing home, or custom home in Olivia Farms if you handle their side of the transaction and write up the contract.  Or we offer a 30% referral of that amount if you choose to refer your buyer to us to let us handle the transaction to closing and we write up the contract.  It is your choice. 

Please register your buyers here so we know that you represent them and we will encourage your buyer to work with you to write up the contract and to stick with you as their Realtor when you send them or bring them to Olivia Farms.  We want to protect you and reward you for sending your buyers to Olivia Farms.  In the event that more than one Realtor registers the same buyer, then the priority will be given to the Realtor with a signed written agency agreement with that buyer and then to the Realtor who registers that buyer first with the date being the date and time recorded upon submission of this form.
